Breath Coaching
During a trip to Mexico I became acquainted with the fascinating Breath Work of "Transformational Breathing".
The experience was so intense that I decided to train in the subject.
My aim is to bring an awareness of breathing back into our consciousness.
Conscious breathing means conscious living!
Our breathing patterns provide an insight into:
 | The emotional state of a person
|
 | Life’s past experiences
|
 | Openness and the ability to love
|
 | The degree of control which we exercise over our lives
|
 | Strength of will
|
 | The capacity to trust
|
 | The closeness of the relationship between intuition and intellect
|
 | Acute or suppressed injuries, troubles, traumas
|
 | The necessity of daring to take a step forward
|
 | The necessity of taking a break
|
 | The general attitude to life: light and with the flow, or faltering and regulated |
We use only about 30% of our breathing capacity.
The reason:
Even as children we are urged to restrain impulses of joy and sadness, to "pull ourselves together".
When we experience unpleasant situations we hold our breath in order not to "feel" those situations. Emotions are repressed (subconsciously) and suppressed (consciously).
The consequences:
 | We increasingly lose touch with our inner selves
|
 | We lose the ability to recognise and uncover our potentials
|
 | Chronic tensions are generated within the body
|
 | A lack of oxygen in our cells causes lots of different diseases, such as cancer
|
 | We are tired, demotivated and accumulate negativity |
Deactivated emotions are stored in the subconscious. Suppressed emotions and undigested experiences can be released and transformed through appropriate breathing.
Our perception becomes sharper, our consciousness enhanced.
The breathing technique practised by me is called "Transformational Breathing".
Transformational Breathing takes place in individual sessions or small groups.
As a preliminary a coaching meeting is held which is designed to bring barriers and individual themes relating to the participant to the surface.
We use elements of acupressure and work with the power of intention.
In contrast to the situation with psychoanalysis, we deal less with why something is a burden to us and concentrate on a state without that burden.
We work with the principle of the whole and not in terms of the deficiency.
We start to unfold, to extend our boundaries and to create that life for ourselves which we dream about.
That is transformation.
„One session is equivalent to about two years of psychotherapy.“

One breathing session usually lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.
The cost of an individual session is 100 Euros.
