Integral Coaching and Training
Coaching can be defined as a process helping you to help yourself.
Coaching is a solution-focused and goal-oriented collaborative relationship between a coach and a client. It encourages self-reflexion and self-directed improvement of one’s perceptions and behavioural patterns.
The Coach’s role is to help the client increase awareness and thus discover self-damaging behavioural patterns, and inhibitions as well as potentials and solutions.
The aim of the coaching process is to enable the clients to experience their ‚perfect flow’.
Why ‚integral’ coaching?
As a coach, I draw on a variety of approaches:
I combine coaching methods based on most recent neurological studies with Far Eastern philosophy, Yoga, and the powerful tool of breathing.
The striking thing is that the ancient teachings from over 1000 years ago and most recent methods share a common essence:
Both deal with personality development and awareness.
A coach does not tell you what to do. A coach rather asks the right questions to make you discover the answers within yourself.
We start from the assumption that how you function mentally affects how you feel physically.
This is where Yoga and the importance of proper breathing come in:
Physical exercises, positive thinking and deep breathing help to gradually overcome unhealthy habits and blocks.
Integral coaching – because body and mind form an inseparable unit!
