A coach does not tell you what to do! A coach rather asks the right questions to make you discover the answers within yourself.
A heightened awareness will enable clients to identify self-damaging behavioural patterns and inhibitions, as well as potentials and solutions.

I combine methods based on most recent neurological studies with Far Eastern philosophy, Yoga, and the powerful tool of breathing. We give ourselves to an integral process of Experiencing and Growing in body, mind and soul.
On a physiological level, Yoga exercises will help to improve your posture. Body functions and systems will be stabilized and balanced. The spine will regain its strength and flexibility. There is an increase of energy flow and well-being. The ageing process is slowed down.
On a psychological, emotional level we will feel and truly recognize that the way we think shapes how we perceive reality.
This is good news! For this implies, that we have the power to initate the change we want.
Through Mental Training, we can get rid of limiting beliefs and illusions. The emotional level is balanced and strenghtened. We feel the energy and the ease of BEING: who we are and what we are – and we have the courage to live OUR life.
On a spiritual level we strengthen and expand cosmic consciousness. We will be able to move beyond duality. A time of inner expansion begins; we feel connected to our essence and to everything that surrounds us.
